Once payment is received, your reservation is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email from Reserval. The email will contain your booking number, flight details, hotel details, e-tickets,and your invoice. You can always check the status of your booking by logging in to your Reserval account and selecting 'My Booking' from the account menu

You can cancel your booking simply by logging in to your Reserval account. Click on “My Booking” from the account menu, select your booking, and click on “Cancel Booking.” You can also send an email to support@reserval.com or call 966-090-0000-0000 to request a cancellation.

Changes to your booking, such as changing the stay dates, guest name, or email address, are not possible. You have the option to cancel your booking at any time, subject to the service provider's cancellation policy.

After selecting your flight, copy the Promo Code and paste it into the 'voucher box.' Now click on 'Apply Voucher' and the discount will be applied to your booking. After successfully applying the voucher, click “Continue” to complete your booking

By booking frequently with Reserval, you can earn Wallet Points.

You can redeem your Wallet Points by booking a flight or a hotel. When you get to the payment page, you can use your Wallet Points to pay if you have a balance; otherwise, the reset amount will be deducted from your credit card.
