What travel documents do i need when going abroad?

Passport: must be valid for at least 6 months from the outbound date of travel.

Visa: You must be in possession of a valid visa for countries that do not facilitate visa on arrival.

Transit Visa: Some countries require you to have a valid transit visa even if you’re not stopping by.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

A confirmation email will be sent as soon as the payment gets processed, that contains all the details (booking reference number, all the flight details, your e-ticket, the full invoice). Please be informed that we reserve the right to cancel the booking and refund paid amount.

How early should I be at the airport before my flight?

International Flights: check-in at least 3 hours before departure.

European Flights: check-in at least 2 hours before departure.

Domestic Flights (i.e. flights within the same country): check-in at least 90 minutes before departure.

What is a service fee?

To help cover the cost of providing access to certain airlines, we take a service fee every time a reservation is confirmed.

Is the service fee refundable?

No, the service fee is not refundable

What do I need for making an online payment?

All you need is a valid debit card (MADA) or a credit card

How will I receive my refund?

Reserval will offer refund for bookings for hotels and flights that is refundable. Reserval will send the refunded amount to the user's “My Wallet” from there the user have the freedom to reuse the amount in future booking or request “Cash out” that will send the amont to the user's bank account.

What do I do if my name is misspelled on the booking?

Most airlines do not allow superior changes in the names of the travelers. If there is a spelling mistake, we have to request the airlines for a name correction, and the airlines will give the final decision. But, always make sure to enter the right name as stated in your passport to avoid any inconvenience.

Do I have to bring the credit or debit card I used to pay for my flight to the airport?

It is not mandatory to carry the credit/debit card that was used to make the payment at the time of the booking.
